Brain Drain occurs when skilled, intelligent and working human capital fly to another country for work             or for permanent residence. Previous country looses the skill human capital and the receiving countries get the human capital in no cost. The cost of upbringing, training and educating the people is spent by the loosing countries. The direction and flow of brain-drain show that most of developing or least developed countries are facing problem of brain-drain, where as the developed countries are the  brain gainers.
